Terms of Use

This is an English translation of the Russian original. If the two differ, the Russian version applies.

1. General

These Terms govern the relationship between the DwarShield service (the “Service”) and the user. By subscribing in your account (in Telegram or in a browser) or through the Telegram bot, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them.

The Service is run by the owner of the dwarshield.com website. Email: alex.stone111154@gmail.com. Telegram support: @dwarshield.

The services are provided to persons aged 18 and over.

2. Subject

The Service provides paid access to a secure network connection for the period of the chosen plan. The result of the service is the issue of a configuration file and connection details.

The service is considered rendered when access is provided, that is, when you can add a device and get its configuration file in your account.

3. Ordering and payment

• Plan prices are shown on the website and in your account and may change; changes do not apply to a period already paid for.
• The number of devices (3, 5 or 10) is chosen when you buy and stays the same until the paid period ends; a renewal keeps it.
• Card and SBP payments are processed by a payment provider: payment details are entered on its side and are not passed to the Service. Telegram Stars payments are processed by Telegram.
• Access is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed. If the confirmation is delayed, please wait — it usually takes a few minutes.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically: nothing is charged without your action.

4. Free trial

The Service may offer free trial access. The trial is given once; its terms are set by the operator, who may change or end it at any time.

5. Rules of use

The user must not:

• use the Service for actions that break the laws of the applicable jurisdiction;
• send spam, carry out network attacks, scan other hosts or spread malware;
• resell access or pass the configuration file to third parties;
• take actions that create excessive load and disrupt the Service for other users.

The user is solely responsible for their actions and for complying with the laws of their country. If this section is breached, access may be terminated without a refund.

6. Refunds

The service is performed immediately and in digital form. Once access has been provided, no refunds are made.

If access does not work for a technical reason on the Service’s side, write to support — we will fix the problem or extend the subscription for the time it was down.

By placing an order, you agree to the immediate performance of the service and confirm that you have read this condition.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is”. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular connection speed or availability on every network — these depend on factors beyond its control: the user’s equipment, their internet provider, the state of networks and the actions of third parties.

The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service stable and promptly fixes problems on its side.

8. Liability

The operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or the consequences of the user’s use of the Service. In any case, the operator’s liability is limited to the amount the user actually paid for the current subscription period.

9. Termination of access

The operator may suspend or terminate access if section 5 of these Terms is breached, or if there are attempts to disrupt the Service. The user may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The website materials, guides, design and software components belong to the operator. Copying or distributing them without permission is not allowed.

11. Changes to these Terms

The operator may change these Terms. The current version is published on this page, with its date at the top. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you accept the new version.
