Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of the Russian original. If the two differ, the Russian version applies.

1. General

This Policy describes what data the DwarShield service (the “Service”) processes and on what terms. By using the Service — the website, the Telegram bot or your account (in Telegram or in a browser) — you agree to this Policy.

2. What data we collect

If you use the Service through Telegram:

• your Telegram account ID, name and username, if they are public;
• the interface language.

If you sign in by email or added an email in your account:

• your email address — you use it to sign in to your account in a browser and to receive emails: sign-in links and reminders that your access is ending. To use the Service through Telegram, an email is optional.

When you pay:

• order details: the chosen plan and number of devices, amount, payment method and status, and the payment ID at the payment provider.

While you use the Service:

• access details: validity period, number of devices, status;
• connected devices: the name you gave each one, the chosen server, the date it was added;
• support requests and the correspondence about them;
• anonymised statistics of actions in the interface — which sections were opened and at which step an order was abandoned. We use them to find what is inconvenient.

3. What data we do not collect

• browsing history, traffic content or DNS queries;
• passport data, documents, photos;
• full bank card details — they are entered on the payment provider’s side and are not passed to the Service.

4. Why we use data

• to provide and renew access and issue a configuration file for each device;
• to send sign-in emails and reminders that your access is ending;
• to accept payment and match it to the order;
• to answer support requests;
• to improve the Service.

We do not use data for advertising and do not sell it.

5. Who receives data

To run the Service, some data is processed by third-party service providers:

• a cloud database provider — stores account, subscription and order details;
• Telegram — if you use the bot, messages go through the Telegram platform under its terms;
• a payment provider — receives the amount, the payment purpose and the order number to process the payment;
• an email service — receives your address and the text of the email to send it.

Data is not passed to any other third parties, except where the law expressly requires it.

6. Storage and protection

Access to data is restricted, and the connection to the website is encrypted. We take reasonable security measures; however, data transfer over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be secure, and nobody can guarantee absolute protection.

Your personal account link and the sign-in links in emails open your account without a password. Do not share them with anyone. If a link may have reached someone else, change it in your account, under “Sign-in and email”.

7. Retention and deletion

Account and subscription data is kept while you use the Service. Payment details are kept as long as needed for accounting and for resolving disputes.

You can ask us to delete your data by writing to support. We will delete it, except for the information we are required by law to keep.

8. Your rights

You may ask which of your data is processed, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to its processing. To do so, write to support.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy. The current version is always on this page, with its publication date at the top. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you accept the new version.
